The second primary suite for the main house is the oceanside suite and features a private balcony the entire span of the rear of the house. Take in beautiful sunrise, dune and ocean views from captains chairs.

This suite also has a nook with a writing desk and chair for your journaling or if you must squeeze in some work while you're away.

One of the highlights of this primary suite is the amazing bathroom with black floors and countertops with white oak cabinets.

We carried the theme into a massive wet room with two shower heads

The entire 3rd floor of the main house is dedicated to gathering everyone together.

A 48" GE Cafe gas range with dual ovens will get the job done for large groups!

The oversize island houses more appliances including a built-in nugget ice maker. I mean, who doesn't like crunchy ice?

And a built-in bench around the dining table

We just love Sunflower Beach! The houses are beautiful and they aren't stacked on top of each other!

It's an entire second house, perfect for multiple families vacationing together!

Sectional sofa that also converts into a fold out sleeper with queen size memory foam bed!

Half bath attached to the 2nd floor living area. There's also a laundry closet in this hallway with a full size washer and dryer!

Also on the second floor is the primary suite for the carriage house with a king size bed and private balcony overlooking the resort pool.

Attached to the primary suite is a large bathroom with walk-in shower that has an overhead rain shower on one side and normal shower head on the other.

The first bay of the garage is open for guest and is also air conditioned! Ping pong tournament anyone?

The adult pool is reserved for Adults in the spring and summer months and is open to all in the fall and winter when it's also heated!

Sunflower Beach has it's own private boardwalk where you can walk or drive golf carts over directly to the beach!

Welcome to the stunning Poolside Holiday House, a luxurious multi-family retreat located in the charming Sunflower Beach Resort. This exquisite property is perfect for large groups and multiple families, offering two complete homes separated by a private courtyard with a heated/chilled pool and a large fire pit for cozy evenings.

Main House:

Bedrooms & Bathrooms: The main 3-story house features 5 bedrooms and 5.5 baths, including two primary suites with king-size beds and private balconies offering breathtaking ocean and dune views. The oceanside suite boasts a 7’ x 8’ walk-in shower room with two shower heads and a large soaking tub, while the poolside suite includes a luxurious walk-in shower.
Living & Dining: The top floor houses a gourmet kitchen with high-end appliances, a massive island, and an 85” TV above a 72” fireplace. Enjoy sunrises and ocean views from the back balcony and sunsets from the courtyard balcony. An elevator will help move your groceries and guests to the 3rd floor.
Additional Amenities: The first floor includes two queen-size suites, a large bunk room, a living area, and a sand room with a full-size refrigerator, two washer/dryer stacks, and a large sink.

Courtyard: Step into the private, fully fenced courtyard to enjoy an 8 x 15 pool with ample seating. The pool can be heated in winter and chilled in summer. Gather around the large raised fire pit in the evenings to unwind and forget your worries.

Poolside House:

Bedrooms & Bathrooms: The Poolside House offers two bedrooms and 2.5 baths. The first floor features a bunk room that comfortably sleeps four and has a large ensuite bath. The second floor includes a primary suite with a king-sized bed and a luxurious walk-in rain shower.
Living & Dining: The second floor also houses a beautiful living and kitchen area with a vaulted ceiling, a large island, and luxury appliances. A sleeper sofa in the living area can accommodate two additional guests.
Additional Amenities: The Poolside House includes a full-size washer/dryer combination and access to one of the two large garage bays with an EV charger.

Things to Know:
Pools are serviced weekly, upwards of twice per week during the summertime. Services may be performed while occupied.
The pool can be heated for $50.00 per day and MUST be for the duration of your stay.
A golf cart rental will use a parking space.
Please bring coffee and filters.
Laundry detergent not provided.
Beach Towels not provided.
Property comes with a starter pack of toiletries, any supplies beyond this are up to the guest to replenish.

The house is beautiful, in a perfect location, and provides lots of space for a large group. We ate every dinner at the house (too many people and kids to eat out!) and the kitchen was well equipped for everything we prepared. We are planning to come back next summer! Just a few suggestions:
1. Need a large trash can in the laundry room. ( or just ANY TRASH CAN!)
2. Any thoughts on a hammock?
3. Not sure anything can be done about it, but the legs on the bar stools are a dangerous trip opportunity. Every adult in our group, from age 38 to 75, caught their foot on a stool leg several times and had to catch themselves from falling. The stools are beautiful, and look amazing, but I had to really be careful avoiding them so I didn’t wipe out.
4. More chairs on the decks. The view and breeze on all the decks are so spectacular, but several of the spaces had no chairs or maybe just one, which limited their use drastically.
5. The grand kids LOVED the ping ping garage! It was a huge hit!
6. Please add a broom to the poolside house. Need to be able to sweep the sand!

This beautiful home in the Sunflower Resort was absolutely AMAZING! The online pictures do not do it justice and there was so much room for our family! The kitchen was fully stocked and the elevator access made getting around so much easier for my mother in law! We will definitely be back!!
