Things to know:

• Elevator ($50 per day for use of elevator)
• Private Heated Pool ($50 charge per day for pool heat, and must remain on for the duration of stay)
• Pools are serviced weekly, upwards of twice per week during the summertime.  Services may be performed while occupied.
• Propane Grill
• Fully equipped Kitchen (Drip and Keurig coffee maker, please bring coffee, filters, and K-cups)
• Washer/Dryer (No laundry soap provided)
• No Pets Allowed
• Parking for 3 vehicles. A golf cart rental will use a space. 
• We provide WIFI to enhance your stay and keep you connected. While Port A is typically reliable, you may experience occasional outages beyond our control. Thank you for your understanding.
• Construction is a constant in Port Aransas. While we strive to ensure your visit is peaceful, you may encounter sights and sounds of building, projects or community improvements during your stay. We appreciate your understanding as we work towards making our community better for everyone.

Resort Events
Trailers/boats are not allowed on the property.  Violation of this could result in it being towed.
The minimum age to rent is 25
Sunflower Beach Resort is a growing community w/ active construction, Mon to Friday 7 am to 7 pm
Must be 25 years old to book one of our units. Strictly enforced, ID checked upon check-in.
Monday - Saturday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
Sundays: 9:00 am to 4:00 pm
