As you enter, you'll be greeted by a cozy living area complete with a comfortable sectional sofa, two stylish side chairs, and a TV, making it the ideal spot to unwind after a day in the sun. The kitchenette is well-equipped with a gas cooktop, microwave, refrigerator, and mini fridge, providing everything you need for effortless meal preparation. Enjoy casual dining at the bar-style table with seating for four.
The bedroom area is cleverly separated by pocket doors, offering privacy and tranquility. This space includes an ensuite bath for added convenience. Step outside through the French doors to your private porch area, where you can savor the coastal breeze while lounging at the table or firing up the propane grill for an outdoor feast.
Venture to the second level via the outside stairway, where you'll find an additional bedroom and a full bath, perfect for accommodating family or guests.

- Trailers/boats are not allowed on the property. Violation of this could result in it being towed.
- Minimum age to rent is 25
- Sunflower Beach Resort is a growing community w/ active construction Monday to Friday, 7 am to 7 pm
