The heart of this coastal getaway, a fully equipped kitchen with sleek stainless-steel appliances, centers around an expansive island that doubles as a gathering spot for meals, laughter, and planning day’s adventures.

• Parking for 2 vehicles, golf cart rental will use a parking space.

• BR1 King, TV, Closet, ensuite bath w/ walk-in shower, soaking tub, dual vanity
• BR2 Queen, Closet, ensuite bath w/ tub/shower combo, single vanity
• Half Bath on 1st level

Sunflower Beach Resort Amenity Access and Important Information:

• 2 Huge resort-style pools (1 family-friendly & 1 adult only) – Hours: Sunrise to 10 pm
• State of the art gym
• Boardwalk to the beach w/ golf cart access (Mile Marker 28)
• Kids area w/ books, games & TV located at the pool pavilion
• Golf Cart Rentals
• Chair and Umbrella rentals
• Turtle's Poolside Grill - Open Thursday to Sunday, 11:00 am to 7:00 pm / Outside food and beverages are prohibited / Hours subject to change
• Shared Propane Grill located next to the condo building
• Resort Events
• Trailers/boats are not allowed on the property.  Violation of this could result in it being towed. 
• Minimum age to rent is 25
• Sunflower Beach Resort is a growing community w/ active construction Mon – to Friday 7 am to 7 pm
• Must be 25 years old to book one of our units. Strictly enforced, ID checked upon check-in.

Monday - Saturday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm

Sundays 9:00 am to 4:00 pm
